In case of early check-in from 00:00 to 08:00 on the day of arrival, an additional 100% of the room rate per day is paid. In case of early check-in from 08:00 to 14:00, an additional 50% of the room rate per day is paid. Early check-in includes breakfast.
In case of late check-out from 12:00 to 21:00, an additional 50% of the room rate is paid. Departure after 21:00 is charged at the cost of a full day.
Booking is guaranteed subject to 100% prepayment. Booking without prepayment is not guaranteed. The hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations before 16:00, without prior notice to the guest. To pay, contact our booking office and make payment in any way convenient for you.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation without penalty is made 24 hours before arrival. If canceled less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show, a penalty of 100% of the room rate for the first night will be charged.
In case of early departure, according to your application, you must notify the hotel administration before 15:00 of the day preceding the date of departure, otherwise the hotel will not refund the money for the unused day.
